Minimal collection, no tracking, and confidential handling of every enquiry. This page explains exactly what this website does — and deliberately does not do — with your information.
Only what you choose to send us.
Browsing this site requires no account, sets no tracking cookies, and uses no advertising identifiers, social-media pixels, or third-party trackers. The interactive fleet sizing tool runs entirely in your browser — nothing you enter into it is transmitted or stored anywhere.
The only personal information we collect is what you submit through the Boardroom Briefing form or send to us by email: your name, work email address, organization, and any context you include. Optional fields are exactly that — optional.
One purpose. No other.
Briefing enquiries are used solely to respond to you and, where you proceed, to prepare your briefing. They are not added to marketing lists, not shared or sold to any third party, and not used to profile you. Submissions are delivered to a principal's inbox via a transactional email service acting strictly as a delivery carrier; nothing is retained by the form itself, and no submission database exists.
If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete it. Write to contact@ciphervertex.com.
Who touches the wire.
This site is served as static files through Cloudflare's edge network, which processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Web typefaces are currently loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard request metadata involved in serving a font file; no page content or form data is ever sent there. If privacy-preserving aggregate analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and contain no personal identifiers.
Accountable, limited, transparent.
We handle enquiry data in line with the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act: collection limited to what the enquiry requires, use limited to the purpose you gave it for, safeguarding in transit and at rest, and openness about all of the above.
